In our highly popular Rainmakers Incubator, you will learn what “natural rainmakers” already know, how to flex your natural communication preferences to that of a rainmaker without a lot of pain in the process. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Training

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion trainings include foundational content on unconscious bias, communication differences, effective listening, giving and receiving feedback effectively, collaborative problem-solving and decision-making, approaching conflict effectively, and how to recognize and address dominant/non-dominant group power dynamics. After that foundation is in place, training shifts to the identification and design of specific workplace solutions that change structures and processes to address systemic racism and other forms of discrimination, conscious or unconscious. The aim is to help participants learn how to lead or play a pivotal role in a culture change that brings equity - a fair distribution of resources so everyone can succeed - and inclusion - a sense of belonging - into an organization or team and improve engagement, advancement, and retention of exception employees, clients, and customers.
