Matthew Martin is a member of the LWC Strategic Advisory Board and currently the Chair of the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services (“EOHHS”) Diversity Council and a finance and analytics Project Manager in the Office of Long Term Supports and Services (OLTSS) at MassHealth. His current work on the council focuses on fostering an inclusive, fair, and respectful work environment that values the contributions of our diverse staff and reflects the population at EOHHS serve, by establishing education and training opportunities, facilitating best practices, and leading initiatives, in order to support EOHHS’s diversity goals in order to better serve MassHealth members as well as those served by the Human Resources, Financial, Facilities, IT, Pricing and Secretariat offices of EOHHS. As OLTSS Project Manager Matthew works with Program managers on long range planning and budget tracking as well as Coordinating and monitoring assigned program activities to ensure compliance with established state and federal standards.

He previously served as a Policy Advisor, in the Boston office of former US Senator John Kerry from June 2009 to January 2013. He is a graduate Suffolk University, Boston MA where he graduated with honors and UMass Boston where he graduated Cum Laude.
