The client experience is at the heart of a successful law firm. This course will show participants how to use the client experience to design and implement a marketing strategy that attracts the clients to the experience of working with a particular lawyer and firm in contrast to the few clients who are only looking for an impersonal transaction. We will examine and analyze what happens (in their hearts and minds) at different stages in the legal services decision-making process. Participants will learn what to do and start planning to influence the decision-making of a potential-client or group of clients.
