Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

Diversity, equity, and inclusion is an aspirational goal, rather than a reality, for most organizations, agencies, and educational systems because of unconscious bias in decision-making, barriers of systemic inequities, and the human tendency to create “in” groups and “out” groups. At LWC, we help our clients advance their existing commitment to a DEI culture change through research-based frameworks and models for audits and assessments and actions to drive positive change forward through consulting, coaching, and training. Our unique training designs take into account learners’ predictable psychological reactions . We help identify, dismantle and reimagine engagement and retention structures, policies, and processes for the sustainability of an equitable and inclusive culture; develop evaluation tools to measure progress and success; and train key stakeholders in new ways of thinking, discussing, and making decisions.
